Cell Phone can cause ACNE/PIMPLES

ACNE is such a problem for so many of us. Whether we're younger or we're older well in this blog I'm gonna give you a simple actionable tip that you can use to help cure your acne so, 

what's the problem?

Well, the problem is is that acne is everywhere. Some people think that acne may just be with people, who are teenagers, who are going through puberty, but that is not the case. There are so many adults who are suffering and dealing with acne every single day and I'm gonna give you some good solutions in this blog.

Can we stop ACNEby stop talking on our mobile phones?

Well, it's not necessarily the phone that gives you acne but when you think about it if you have a cell phone and you're talking on your phone all day well what are you doing? 

Is there Bacteria on your phone?

You're putting your face against the phone and there are studies that show that our cell phones are really really dirty. How many people bring their cell phones into the bathroom with them when they're going number two. how many people have your fingers all over your cell phone when you're eating food and after you eat, how many people actually clean your cell phones? Not a lot of people do. So, it is very dirty and when you keep applying it to your skin you're taking the bacteria that's actually on your cell phone and you're putting it on your skin. 

Can ACNE comes from your job?

Well, another thing is if you have a job where you talk at work like I see it in the hospital where you've got a handpiece and you got the mouthpiece that's against your chin if you're talking a lot on that same thing, you can get the bacteria from that mouthpiece on your chin and you may find that if you let's say start a new job and you're on the phone a bit more that she is why am I getting acne on my chin once again you are transferring bacteria from that, that cell phone at that phone receiver onto your chin onto your skin and bacteria is one of the big causes of acne.

So, what do you do?

So, how do you what do you do instead we'll use instead head headpieces so you can use a headpiece. You can use earbuds instead of using the phone also you're going to be able to get away from some of that EMF you're talking about on the phone you don't necessarily want those signals right next to your brain when you're talking so definitely that transmission of the bacteria from our various devices to our face is not a good thing. 

Also, don't mash your face against each other's 😃 because you could be sharing bacteria that cause acne, okay so take this very seriously.

Dove Beauty Hacks

Hello all, welcome to my Health and Beauty Blog.

Today with a very effective whitening mask If you apply it regularly, you get a permanent whiteness. 

I say remember and immediately pass my Beauty Blog.

Creamy grated Dove Sopa and Tomato

I'll use Dove soap, Dove soap is a normal creamy one. Grate the Dove Soap.

It's a whitening method because it's hard suitable for all skin types. 

Ingredients:

  1. Dove soap (grated).
  2. Small tomato (grated).

Grate the tomato use only the juice of your tomato. (For easier grating you can just cut from the edge it gets easier you'll just grate inside. We need to filter, we will not use grains)

A tablespoon of grated dove soap, a tablespoon Tomato juice

I'll make the soap grains melt Cream Shaped. I mix it until it becomes homogeneous Per week. We can apply it 4 times.

This method If your skin is not sensitive if you can remove every mask you can do it every day. Do it in the evening.

Then we will wash your face with cold water and the whiteness of your skin is in the mirror. Even you will be surprised. If your skin is not sensitive, you can apply it under the eyes. Now apply to your face.

Skin Whitening Mask It's Magical

I will share with  you how to make a mask for whitening skin and removal darkest spot on q-tip freshness and natural glow with very simple component and you can found it in every home we will need:


Ingredients:

  • Two potatoes
  • Yogurt
  • Auntie starch 

Method:

At the first time, we should boil the potatoes they're mashing one and spoonful of yogurt then I one tablespoon of the starch and mix well after you mix all the ingredients.

Then apply to the skin and need to dry laughter skin softly then wash the skin with warm water then with cold water use this recipe three times a week I swear - it's very effective.

DIY Skin Secrets

I'm here to show you three different kinds of exfoliation and masks so we're gonna do a, 
Lip scrub:
  • A little sea salt
  • Put 100 percent pure vegetable glycerin 
  • A little bit of rose water so gentle in your mouth so Apply.
Body scrub:
It's an exfoliator hydrator it moisturizes and heals but please try it on your hand to see if you're allergic or not. 

  • One cup of gram flour 
  • Yogurt (plain) 
  • A little bit of lemon 
  • Add little milk to it (that's what that looks like now magic ingredients)
  • Some sandalwood powder in there 
  • Turmeric
  • (my best and most favorite ingredient which works for everything is turmeric it gives it love it might give you a little bit of a yellowish hue so be careful about how much you put in).

And now you put it on on your entire body and just hang out a little bit bit of traffic and if you have oily skin then maybe use like skim milk and like low-fat yogurt or non-fat yogurt I think it's almost dry so the idea of it is to scrub it off of that easy so it literally like exfoliates and then you shower and you get rid of whatever excess is on your hand and you see defense. 

Now this is a scalp treatment umit is usually for like if you have a dry scalp if you have dandruff so you start with full-fat 

Scalp treatment:


  • Yogurt  (the yogurt helps hydrate the scalp and cool it down)
  • A teaspoon of honey (my secret ingredient)
  • Egg

There's really good for your hair I know you keep it for 30 minutes and you wash it off with like baby shampoo or just like warm water,  these are my little secrets that I want to share with you.


5 Tips to Stay Healthy


Little bits of information in relation to your waking up, eating, drinking, and sleeping.

First.
You know it very well. Rise and shine in the early morning. Those who rise in the early morning always shine.
So if you want to be a shining personality, rise in the morning. Right? Getting up early in the morning.
Then, after waking up, what to do?
Have a stroll, walk a bit. And the most important job. To freshen up. To freshen up means to go to the washroom. 
And make sure you clean up all waste material from your colon. You know why? If you have feces in your intestine, in your large intestine, then you will remain sleepy the whole day. Sluggish, idle, lazy.
It's very important.
Secondly,

If you regularly do your bowel movement properly, pass the stool properly, then your appendix will never swell. You will never require an appendicitis operation.

Their appendix swells due to long-term constipation, and constant irregular bowel movement.
This causes a lot of trouble inside. If the feces remains deposited in the colon then it generates illness in the body. Now for our bowel movement to happen properly there is this third important tip.
Thirdly,
Drink about 10-12 glasses of water in a day.  Water. Water is life. And your body is 70% is water.
So if you don't drink enough water, your dehydration will happen. Constipation will happen. Skin will lose its shine and texture. Hair will begin to fall soon. You will become bald early.
And I don't think so you want to become a bald person 🦲, quickly.
Fourthly,
Now fourth important point. Before eating,
one must wash their hands🙌 with soap. But one thing you don't know. The face should also be washed.
Wash your face and rinse your mouth. Swish water in your mouth. Wash your face and hands with soap before you take your. It's very important. If possible, wash your feet before the meals. It will help indigestion.
Enjoy the food, see the colors. Enjoy the fragrance of the food. And then chew 32 times.
Do this practice today.
Munching. Munching.Munching. Still doing the chomping. But the more hard work you do here, your stomach will have to work less to digest. So even after eating food, your energy will not go down.
You won't feel lazy. What happens is when you don't chew properly and eat fast the whole burden falls on the stomach. And to digest the food, the stomach uses a lot of energy. The whole body's energy is utilized. So after a few years, you will begin to find lethargy coming.
And you must have seen. All adults after eating food, just fall on the bed.
After eating, they cannot sit straight. First of all they eat so much.
And after that, since the body's energy is used up in digestion they have to lie down.
And if you lie down straightaway after eating then you are your biggest enemy.
Because your digestion will be ruined.
Flatulence, dysphasia, constipation, unease, heartburn all these symptoms appear.
Fifthly,
Again one another important thing.
Never hold your natural urges. Like, if you feel like going to the toilet, then go.
If you hold then the toxins increase inside your body. Diseases appear. Skin problems arise.
Kidneys get damaged. Yawning, coughing, sneezing. These are all-natural urges right.
These shouldn't be stopped at that time. I have seen many. I have seen girls especially. Once the sneeze comes, they just dissolve it internally. Don't know what they do.
I will give you one challenge. Sneeze, but the eyes must not close.
Sneeze and your eyes do not close. That cannot happen. Then one must not stop the sneeze.
This is a natural urge.
If you feel like going to the toilet never hold it. Sometimes if a class is going on, or you are sitting with friends. Many feel embarrassed in going. But there is nothing to get embarrassed about.
If you keep holding your natural urges, then the body's mechanism will get faulty.
So if you have the urge to go to the bathroom, for the toilet, sneeze, cough, yawn do it. And then say Excuse me. That's it.

What problem could one have? There is gas in the stomach and it wants to pass out. No problem.
